Based on the information received during the investigation it was determined the caregiver was not aware that a child she was responsible for could not have milk. This was not a documented allergy, but a preference as milk makes the child sick to their stomach. Management and other caregivers were aware of this. It is important that all caregivers responsible for this child have all the required dietary needs information.
